Accommodation, Payment & Cancellation Policy

We want to make the booking process as simple and transparent as possible for all our guests. Below you will find an overview of our payment and cancellation policy, so you have all the essential information before your arrival. Please take a moment to read the information carefully to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure a smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable stay with us.

Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT. Prices do not include the local tourist tax, which is HUF 500 per person per night and applies to guests aged 18 and over.

At Regia Panzió és Étterem, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We also accept SZÉP Cards (OTP, MBH and K&H). Accommodation can be paid for in full using an SZÉP Card.

We offer a 10% loyalty discount to our returning guests.

  • For information about our current restaurant opening hours, please contact us by phone or email.
  • A generous buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
  • Our half-board option includes a three-course dinner, served daily between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Accommodation is free of charge for children aged 0–3 years.
For children aged 3–12 years, the accommodation rate is 70% of the adult price.

All guest rooms are accessible by stairs only, as the building does not have a lift. Accessible rooms are not currently available.

  • Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
    Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in is available upon prior request, subject to availability, for an additional fee of HUF 10,000 per room.
  • Late check-out is available subject to availability at the following rates:
  • Until 12:00 PM: HUF 15,000 per room
  • Until 3:00 PM: HUF 20,000 per room
  • In the event of a lost room key, a replacement fee of HUF 10,000 per room will be charged.

  • Documents Required for Check-in:

A valid photo ID is required for check-in. Please present one of the following documents upon arrival: identity card, passport, driving licence. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests who are unable to present a valid form of identification.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged

House Rules

To ensure that all our guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to take a few moments to read our house rules. The following guidelines are designed to help make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible—for you and for our other guests
Smoking

All guest rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the guesthouse. Pets may be allowed on the restaurant terrace on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance for further information.

Free outdoor parking is available for our guests. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

Attractions & Things to Do Nearby

The area surrounding our guesthouse is full of opportunities to explore. A cycle path runs directly in front of the property, allowing you to ride all the way to Győr while discovering local attractions such as the Hédervár Castle, the charming Colorado potato beetle statue, and the fish ladder at Ásványráró. Behind the guesthouse, the winding Mosoni-Danube offers plenty of activities for nature and water sports enthusiasts. Enjoy a sightseeing boat trip, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), canoeing, or simply spend a relaxing day fishing.

Beaches & Thermal Spas near Regia Panzió

Beaches

  • The Halászi public beach is located approximately 300 metres from the guesthouse.
  • The Dunasziget public beach is approximately 12 km away.
  • Several beaches can also be found in Mosonmagyaróvár, including Itató Beach and Biczó Beach.

 

Thermal Spas

  • Flexum Thermal & Spa offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor pools, thermal baths, and wellness facilities.
  • Lipót Thermal Spa and Adventure Bath is also within easy reach and is an excellent destination for a relaxing day out.

A well-maintained cycle path runs through the area and leads all the way to Győr.

Hédervár Castle, along with several other local landmarks and attractions, is located nearby.

The Mosoni-Danube offers a wide range of water activities, including sightseeing boat trips, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), canoeing, and fishing.
